The app

Kefir is licensed to you, not sold, for personal and business use on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kefir to break the law, to commit fraud, to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts and devices used this way.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are bought through the App Store and renew until cancelled. You can cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Kefir is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or that any site will treat it in a particular way. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Kefir after a change means you accept it.
